Below is a description of our intended talk: Green Consumers and the Marketing Revolution
Description:
“Inbound marketing” describes a particular school of marketing that has evolved to take advantage of the Internet. Rather than pushing your message at your audience, inbound marketing is about getting found by an audience that is actively searching for you online through search engines and through social media sites. Inbound marketing holds unique advantages to companies looking to target green consumers, educate their audience, and promote their sustainability efforts and commitment to environmental stewardship. This presentation will give an overview of online marketing strategies that sustainable brands can take advantage of to establish thought leadership in their industry and effectively communicate their core values to an audience of conscientious consumers.
Speakers: Jesse Mayhew and Lukas Snelling
